Home Renovations in Southeast Michigan
Kitchens, bathrooms, basements, fireplaces and whole-home renovations that make the house you have feel brand new. Work directly with the owners from design to the final walkthrough.
Love where you live again
You don’t have to move to get the home you want. Vision Family Homes renovates homes across Southeast Michigan, updating the rooms you use most and fixing the layouts that no longer work, from a single bathroom to the whole house.
Because we’re a custom home builder, we bring a builder’s eye to every renovation: proper structure, plumbing and electrical behind the walls, and clean, lasting finishes in front of them. You work directly with the owners, Mike and Vince, on every project.

Renovation FAQs
Should I renovate or move?
If you like your location and the house has good bones, renovating often gives you the home you want without the cost and hassle of moving. We’ll help you weigh the options during a free consultation.
Can you renovate more than one room at once?
Yes. Combining rooms, like a kitchen and adjoining living area, or several bathrooms, can save time and cost because trades and permits are coordinated together.
Can we live at home during a renovation?
Usually, yes. We seal off work areas, protect the rest of your home and clean up every day. For larger whole-home projects, we’ll talk through the best plan for your family.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. We pull the required permits and schedule inspections with your city or township.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. Call (313) 702-4782 or send us a message to schedule a free in-home consultation, and we’ll follow up with a written quote.
