How long does it take to finish a basement?
Most basement finishes take a few weeks once construction begins. Adding a bathroom or bar, inspection scheduling and material lead times can add time. We give you a timeline with your quote and keep you updated.
Can you add a bedroom in my basement?
Yes. A basement bedroom generally needs an egress window that meets code for emergency exit, along with proper smoke alarms. We plan for those requirements and handle the permits and inspections.
What about moisture?
We check for signs of moisture before we start and recommend any fixes needed so your new space stays dry. We also use materials suited to basements, like water-resistant vinyl plank flooring.
