4. Walkthrough & keys

We walk the finished build with you and complete any punch-list items before handing over the keys.

Do you build on my lot?

Yes. We build on land you already own, and if you’re still looking we can walk a lot with you and point out things that affect cost, like utilities, access and site work.

Can you tear down my existing house and build new?

Often, yes. We handle demolition permits, utility disconnects and site preparation, then build your new home on the same lot.

How long does new construction take?

Most new homes take several months to a year from design to move-in, depending on size, permitting and weather. Garages and smaller buildings are much faster. We give you a timeline with your quote.

Can you build from my own plans?

Yes. We can build from plans you already have, or help you develop a design that fits your lot, family and budget.

Where do you build?

We build throughout Southeast Michigan, including Northville, Novi, Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills, Rochester, Plymouth, South Lyon and Farmington Hills.
