We talk through your goals, must-haves, timeline and budget, and look at your lot if you have one.

2. Design & quote

We develop the plan and selections with you, then give you a detailed written quote before anything is built.

3. Permits & construction

We pull permits and manage every trade, from foundation and framing to mechanicals and finishes, with regular updates.

4. Walkthrough & move-in

We walk the finished home with you and take care of any punch-list items before handing you the keys.

It depends on the size and design of the home, your lot and site work, and the finishes you choose. After a free consultation and design discussion, we give you a detailed written quote so you know the cost before construction starts.

How long does it take to build a custom home?

Most custom homes take several months to a year from design to move-in, depending on the size of the home, permitting and weather. We give you a timeline with your quote and keep you updated throughout the build.

Do I need to own a lot first?

No. If you already own land, we build on it. If you’re still looking, we can walk a lot with you before you buy and point out things that affect cost, like utilities, access and site work.

Can you build from my own plans?

Yes. We can build from plans you already have, or help you develop a design that fits your lot, your family and your budget.
