Kitchen remodeling FAQs
How much does a kitchen remodel cost in Metro Detroit?
It depends on the size of the kitchen, whether the layout changes, and the cabinets, counters and appliances you choose. A cosmetic update costs far less than a full remodel that moves walls or plumbing. After a free in-home consultation we give you a written, itemized quote so you know the cost before work starts.
How long does a kitchen remodel take?
Most kitchen remodels take several weeks once construction begins, and projects that change the layout take longer. Lead times for custom cabinets and countertops are usually the biggest factor. We give you a timeline with your quote and keep you updated as the work moves along.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. We pull the required permits and schedule inspections with your city, so the work is done to code.
Can you remove a wall to open up my kitchen?
Often, yes. We check whether the wall is load-bearing and whether it carries plumbing, ductwork or wiring, then plan the right approach, including adding a beam if needed.
What areas do you serve?
We remodel kitchens in Northville, Novi, Birmingham, Franklin, Rochester, Plymouth, South Lyon, Farmington Hills, Canton and nearby communities across Southeast Michigan.
